Garnish Delights was established by 2 brothers who sought to minimise fruit wastage on their local family orchard.

Growing up on a citrus farm, every week we witnessed first hand the tons of fruit going to waste. Either for being too small or for having too many imperfections.

We decided to make a change, adapting to the constant demand of society we identified a market for Citrus Garnishes. We can now provide our consumers the satisfaction and perfection within every Garnish purchased.

All of our products are grown locally on our beautiful citrus farms in Peats Ridge, NSW. We’re excited to work with our family run business Sparacino Farms, in the goal to minimise fruit wastage and turn a once rejected citrus fruit into a versatile and decorative Garnish.
